Service Description

We provide on-site blood draws and other specimen collections to check for infections and other health conditions.

Cancellation Policy

Phenomenal Health Care charges a $25 fee for missed appointments or appointment cancellation/reschedule requests given less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Co-Pays/Payments/Past Due Balances are due at the time of service. Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late to an appointment, may have to wait for a later available appointment time or be rescheduled.
